Thank you to the residents who were able to attend the NCA discussion forum hosted at the NCA offices on the 7th and 16th May 2019.
In summary:
Hindmarsh have produced an illustration of the building height (download here), which is said to describe the height from the curb surrounding #71 Constitution Ave block. The blue shows the area within the 25 metre height restriction.
Community consultation with the ex-CSIRO development are in progress. The building has been demolished and plans, as we understand, are to build two 8 storey residential apartment blocks plus townhouse.
No plans have been made to remove Remembrance Park behind the AWM, however talk about converting it to a car park as still alive.
A development application or Academy Close is expected to be submitted soon.
